Finnish novelist, playwright, poet, and publisher, whose first books, Alttari (play) and Matkan loppu (collection of short stories) appeared in 1967. Raimo S. Wallin has also written non-fiction for schools. His textbooks of creative writing and philosophy of life were among the first in their field in the 1970s and 1980s. "Hyvä kirjoitus on selkeän ajatuksen ilmaisu." (from Luova kirjoitus ABCD, 1998) After retiring from his work as a teacher, Wallin has devoted himself to music, writing, editing, and publishing poetry through his publishing company Kustannus Sokrates. In the 1990 he has presented in several schools and libraries his programme about the poet Larin Kyösti. Wallin lives in Helsinki. - Married to Terttu Wallin from 1972 who has published Koulu on elämää (1982), Teetkös näin näin näin (1984), and Hymyile plaani (1998)
